The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has declared that patient-centered care is a hallmark of high-quality care. 

Through the Patient-Directed Care Collaborative, participants will learn best practice strategies to advance patient-centered care delivery and a culture which sustains it. 

Utilizing this 12-month collaborative approach, teams from a variety of hospitals  will work with each other and our faculty to identify process changes that will lead to lasting improvement in patient and family engagement.

The collaborative will meet virtually on the second Tuesday of each month from 12:00p.m. – 1:00p.m. from May 2017 through April 2018.  There is no cost to attend but pre-registration for each session is required.
