Through the collaboration of CHA and DeSai Learning, current managers, new managers and individuals with management potential can take advantage of an exciting six-month skill building curriculum that maximizes the benefits of technology, face-to-face instruction, peer interaction, mentoring and developmental discussions with their supervisors.
